good stay , but some areas need improvement
The customer service exceeded expectations. Rudolph at the front desk provided valuable advice on local dining and activities, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with cooking utensils, an espresso machine, and a hot water kettle, which made meal preparation easy. The river view from our apartment was quite lovely, enhancing our overall experience.
The room could benefit from a more thorough cleaning.

Amazing hosts make all the difference!
Rudolf and Fatima are super nice and helpful! They suggested great spots to hit up and made getting reservations a breeze. The room was really comfy with a huge bed, and I loved chillin' on the balcony. A slight bummer was the street noise, but it wasn't too bad. Breakfast options were tasty too!

Our family loved the beautiful, stylish rooms and the calming pool area which was great for our kids. The lovely staff went above and beyond, securing us a taxi when plans changed. We also enjoyed the breathtaking sunset views from the rooftop terrace.
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids.

Rudolf, our host, truly enhanced our experience with his exceptional hospitality, providing helpful dining recommendations and even making reservations for us. The beautifully decorated room offered a lovely view of the pool, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and artisan pastries. However, the room was a bit cramped for luggage, and the street noise in the morning was somewhat disruptive. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from stunning beaches, making it easy to explore the area.
